Preferred Qualification: CA Course Completed will be given preference.
Technical Knowledge: Strong advanced MS Excel skills and excellent analytical abilities.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area:
Working experience in leading domestic & International Freight, Global Shipping & logistics industry
Experience in cost control, financial reporting, forecasting, internal control systems, product costing, budgeting, and product pricing is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual) in line with accounting standards.
Prepare banking-related reports and projected financial statements as required.
Develop and prepare a short-term and long-term budgetary plan and cost management.
Rigorously conduct extensive variance analysis between actual versus budgeted figures and place it to the competent Management on identified improvements.
Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding Financial Reporting, Budget and Budgetary Control, Assisting Statutory or Special Audit, Corporate Tax and VAT Issues, ERP / Automation and Internal Control System.
Preparation of Financial statements monthly, half-yearly and annually.
Ensure all legal and all financial policies of the organisation are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies
Prepare and develop budget process including preparation, consolidation and distribution of budgets and related reports
Process vendor payments and check requests
Make sure an accurate filling and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
Identify and analyse financial and nonfinancial risks in order to minimise company risks
Generate short- and long-term financial forecasting and planning in alignment with production, sales, as well as stock management
Prepare a short- and long-term plan to ensure effective and efficient Tax & VAT Management.
Visit factories and depots as needed for financial monitoring and reporting.
Perform special assignments assigned by the Management.
