Education
PhD in Economics/Management/Tourism & Hospitality Management.
Master’s in Tourism and Hospitality/Hotel Management. Degree from abroad will be preferred.
Bachelor’s/Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality/Hotel Management. Degree from abroad will be preferred.
Additional Requirements:
10 years demonstrated teaching/industrial experience in the national/overseas universities/educational institutions/national professional organizations/facilities/hotels.
Strong network within international facilities/organizations/institutions.
Considerable number of publications in the reputed journals.
Responsibilities & Context
Deliver lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Undertake departmental administrative responsibilities, including designing and updating course syllabi, lesson plans, and learning materials.
Prepare, administer, and evaluate examinations, assignments, and academic projects.
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
Participate in departmental outreach programmes, student recruitment activities, and industry partnership initiatives.
Perform any other academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the University from time to time.
