Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare manpower budget, manpower planning, and recruit accordingly. Recruit the right candidate for the right place.
∎ Design Compensation and Benefits package for the employees and bring it into the Breakeven Point.
∎ Prepare Job Descriptions, Job Specification, and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for all employees.
∎ Prepare, design, and implement performance management systems and implement.
∎ Monitor regular attendance report
∎ Control employee turnover
∎ Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy and labour law.
∎ Employee training.
∎ Design Employee engagement program and implement it.
∎ Improve, maintain, and introduce new regulations in terms and conditions.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ HRM
∎ Good computer knowledge
∎ Negotiation skill
∎ Motivation skill
