Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. To maintain the vehicle schedule of the company.
∎ 2. To check up all kind of bills and ensure the entry in the computer as well as in the register.
∎ 3. To pay various kind of bills after justifications.
∎ 4. To maintain the gate pass and the requisition.
∎ 5. To maintain the attendance/time card of the drivers and provide their attendance reports to the management.
∎ 6. To provide the non-collision report for the drivers every month.
∎ 7. To check the vehicle regular basis to ensure the protection of vehicle. .
∎ 8. To distribute the duty during shipment period.
∎ 9. To maintain the leave, resignation of the drivers.
∎ 10. To check the kilometers of the vehicle and fuel consumption and provide report.
∎ 11. To prepare and submit the different types of reports as per requirement.
∎ 12. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ B.Sc in Automobile Engineer will get preference.
∎ Candidate should have the patience to work long hours.
∎ Good command in English and Computer.
∎ Candidate must have good writing capability.
∎ Must have excellent proficiency in computer.
∎ Must be ready to work under pressure and generate result in a short time.
Salary: Negotiable
