Additional Requirements
Preference will be given to candidates with commodity-related commercial experience.
Knowledge of LC, import procedures, and banking documentation.
Proficiency in SAP MM and MS Office.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Prepare documents for opening At-Sight and UPAS LCs.
Communicate and negotiate with foreign suppliers and banks regarding LC-related matters.
Verify commercial and shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and relevant certificates.
Operate SAP MM for commercial transactions.
Prepare LC retirement documents, LOI, guarantee forwarding letters, pay orders, and other banking documents.
Collect endorsed shipping documents from banks and forward them to C&F agents for customs clearance.
