∎ HSC, Diploma (Vocational), Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ Skills Required: client handling, Customer relationship, Direct Sales, Positive attitude
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Get trained on Milvik products & services.
∎ Primarily focus on the sale of products and services to bKash customers at multiple locations - bKash centres, care points, agent points etc.
∎ Provide support, information and guidance to customers during sales & onboarding.
∎ Strictly follows processes outlined by the management to ensure the quality of sales - no miss-selling.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Represents the brand during all customer and partner interactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Computer skill
∎ Customer relationship
∎ Email Communications
∎ Messaging
∎ Microsoft Excel
∎ Communication: Great communication skills in Bangla; Moderate communication skills in English
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Fixed salary & sales incentive.
