∎ The post of Front Desk Executive (Female) is primarily concerned with managing and dealing with the customers / prospective customers about our products and service. She will be responsible to provide / cascade detailed information regarding features and facilities of our products in a friendly and professional way.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a polite and professional manner
∎ Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
∎ Office Management, inventory management, ensure cleanliness
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including organizing and distributing packages
∎ Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
∎ Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Requirements
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
∎ Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
∎ Strong organization and time management skills
∎ Taking extra care of VIP / group customers
∎ Ensure excellent customer services are extended to the customer
∎ Assisting sales in occasional times.

∎ Candidates must be smart, presentable, free of using local dialects
∎ Candidates must have interpersonal and anger management skills
