∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ • At least 2 years of work experience in Graphics Design.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
∎ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
∎ Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
∎ Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ Passion for creativity and a desire to push the boundaries of design.
∎ Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
∎ Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our clients' messages.
∎ Develop a wide range of design assets, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, social media graphics, digital advertisements, and print collateral.
∎ Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and design technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to projects.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
