Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
∎ Coordinate office activities and appointments, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
∎ Assist with the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences, including making travel arrangements and preparing meeting materials.
∎ Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
∎ Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to support their administrative needs and ensure efficient operation.
