Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
∎ Proven experience in supermarket or retail management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
∎ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Solid understanding of inventory management principles and retail operations.
∎ Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business success.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
∎ Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the supermarket, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
∎ Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
∎ Implement strategies to optimize sales and profitability, including promotional campaigns, product placement, and pricing strategies.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
∎ Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable terms.
∎ Prepare and manage budgets, including expenses, payroll, and operational costs.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and market competition, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
∎ Experience in the grocery or food retail industry.
∎ Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
∎ Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.
∎ Previous experience in budget management and financial analysis is a plus.
