Responsibilities & Context
Lead and oversee all legal affairs of Walton Plaza.
Provide strategic legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage litigation, legal notices, disputes, arbitration, and external legal counsel.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Oversee legal matters relating to retail operations, installment sales, customer financing, and recovery.
Manage employment-related legal matters, disciplinary proceedings, and labour disputes.
Identify legal risks and implement preventive measures to protect company interests.
Represent the company before regulatory authorities and relevant legal forums.
Lead, supervise, and develop the Legal Department.
