Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Labour Law

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
∎ Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
∎ Managing the recruitment and selection process
∎ Implementing and revising a company's compensation program
∎ Creating and revising job descriptions
∎ Conducting annual salary surveys
∎ Developing, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budget
∎ Developing, analyzing and updating the company's evaluation program & yearly appraisal program.
∎ Developing, implementing and maintaining company service rules, policies and procedures
∎ Performing benefits administration
∎ Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
∎ Maintaining department records, files and reports
∎ Participating in administrative monthly staff meetings
∎ Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
∎ Handle confidential matters with discretion
∎ Other responsibility assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 Years practical work experience in HR & compliance related field in any reputed Industry.
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Project Management, Hiring, Benefits administration, Performance management, Communication processes, Compensation and wage structure, supporting diversity, Classifying employees, Employment law.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Should be self-motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Able to travel frequently all over Country.

Salary: Negotiable
