Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Human Resources Development, Motivational skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and follow up recruitment processes across multiple channels.
∎ Research hiring trends and best practices.
∎ Should be able to find out CV as per required job description from online sources.
∎ Enhance campus recruiting program and create a calendar of events for HR.
∎ Schedule and coordinate technical and non-technical interviews.
∎ Coordinate programming tests/ coding tests.
∎ Exposure to all areas of HR, including benefits, compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and in teams.
∎ Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Having excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
∎ Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
∎ Proficient in English (written and verbal).
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
