Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large, complex projects from inception to completion.
∎
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution efforts.
∎
∎ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
∎
∎ Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, and track progress against them.
∎
∎ Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
∎
∎ Lead project teams and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
∎
∎ Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
∎
∎ Communicate project progress and status to senior management and stakeholders.
∎
∎ Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
∎
∎ Manage project-related documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
∎
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Experience managing projects in various domains, such as IT, software development, or engineering
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
∎ Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello
∎ Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, is preferred
