Responsibilities & Context
Conduct Classes: Teach all four modules—Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking—as well as general English or grammar foundation courses.
Assess and Grade: Evaluate mock tests, writing scripts, and speaking drills, providing detailed, constructive feedback for improvement.
Lesson Planning: Create structured lesson plans, handouts, practice tests, and learning materials tailored to different student proficiency levels.
Track Progress: Monitor individual student performance, identify weak areas, and conduct dedicated doubt-solving or one-on-one coaching sessions.
Administrative Duties: Maintain attendance records, update student progress files, and handle basic classroom management.
