∎ A university degree in a relevant discipline/planning/development such as: International Development, Master of Business Administration, Economics, Studies on Persons with Disability, Climate, Human Rights, Social Science/Development Studies, or any other associate degree.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Develop long tram strategic, project and annual work plan and prepare documents in English including annual reports.
∎ Have commitment to work to building the capacity of organizations of persons with disabilities.
∎ Have independent capacity to take initiatives, good English writing and communication skills, interpersonal and have sense of integrity, responsibility, and computer literate.
∎ Have solid understanding of Project Cycle and project development.
∎ Have capacity to facilitate and design research work.
∎ Have updated knowledge about Bangladesh and information and data such as on SDG progress, UNCRPD, Climate and other statistics.
∎ Have a good knowledge on different national and international policies.
∎ Understand monitoring theory and practice in effective project management.
∎ Have capacity to organize events, represent and participate to events.
∎ Have capacity to share knowledge and skills and build the capacity of others.
∎ Have the skilled to arrange meeting with external such as with donors.
∎ Have capacity to work under pressure and obedient to assist the management.
∎ Candidates should share, where applicable, equivalence of qualification and relevant documentary evidence of experience claimed.
