∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with the prospective buyers and sellers of land to sale or acquire, making the customer to visit the project, nursing them to final the deal.
∎ Conduct meetings with Land buyers and Owners.
∎ Negotiate with buyer, landowner, media.
∎ Prepare land details, develop share project proposal
∎ Land information collects from the Land Media, online or other platform, collect land documents and check through Legal Department.
∎ Market survey, market feasibility, cost preparation, and report writing.
∎ Coordinate with buyer, landowner, team member in regarding to sales and buy land and share project.
∎ Work on Target base sales and Marketing
∎ Maintain departmental coordination up to the project handover, coordinate both with self and other departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants who can drive bike will get preference.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive sales bonus & incentive,

Salary Review: Yearly
