Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: BDT 18,000 – BDT 35,000 per month (Negotiable based on designation, expertise, and experience)

We specialize in transforming spaces through thoughtful architecture, innovative interior solutions, and high-end visual storytelling. We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Architect / Architect specializing in exterior design and visualization to join our creative team.
Key Responsibilities
Exterior Design & 3D Visualization: Create realistic, high-quality 3D exterior renderings and exterior visual concepts.
Architectural & Floor Planning: Prepare architectural plans, precise floor layouts, and functional spatial designs.
Furniture & Space Planning: Develop detailed furniture layouts that complement the overall architecture.
Working Drawings: Produce clear technical drawings and floor layout documentation for project execution.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior architects and project leads to turn creative ideas into reality.
Requirements & Expertise
Education: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience. (Freshers with an outstanding exterior portfolio are highly encouraged to apply).
Software Skills: Excellent command over AutoCAD, 3ds Max / SketchUp, and rendering software (Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape).
Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating 3D exterior renders, floor layouts, and architectural plan samples is mandatory.
Other Attributes: Strong eye for detail, sense of aesthetics, and ability to work under timeline commitments.
