Responsibilities & Context
Site Supervision & Execution
Daily Monitoring: Overseeing daily construction activities on-site to ensure work progresses according to the approved architectural and structural drawings.
Labor Management: Coordinating with contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers to ensure productivity and adherence to schedules.
Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring workers wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
