• Age 30 to 45 years

·        Design, implement, and maintain the ISP`s IP Core Network.

·        Manage Core Routers, Aggregation Routers, Broadband Network Gateway (BNG), and Internet Gateway infrastructure.

·        Manage Internet upstream connectivity and peering.

·        Monitor network capacity and perform capacity planning.

·        Ensure high availability and redundancy of the core network.

·        Lead network expansion, migration, and upgrade projects.

·        Coordinate with NOC, Transmission, EPON/GPON, and Customer Support teams during troubleshooting.

·        Analyze network performance and implement optimization strategies.

·        Manage DDoS mitigation, routing security, and traffic engineering.

·        Prepare and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.

·        Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents.

·        Maintain SLA compliance and minimize network downtime.

·        Work with vendors for implementation, support, and maintenance activities.

·        Participate in emergency maintenance and after-hours support when required.
