Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Minimum educational requirements is Bachelor's in Computer Science / EEE / Business Administration.
∎ Must have impeccable written and verbal English communication skills with meticulous attention to details.
∎ Familiarity with SDLC, Agile Methodology and a general curiosity about learning and adopting new technology.
∎ Must have an analytical problem-solving mindset and a 'can-do' attitude.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document formatting.
∎ Skills Required: Business Analyst, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Technical Documentation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analyst, Cloud Computing, Excellent English Writing and Speaking, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Technical Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and online help.
∎ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and developers to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.
∎ Must be able to maintain version control on documents and incorporate changes in a managed order for documentation.
∎ Proofread and edit documents to ensure they adhere to company standards for clarity, consistency, and style.
∎ Review and update existing documentation as needed to reflect product changes and improvements.
∎ Assist end-users by creating and updating user-friendly guides and help documentation.
∎ Respond to user queries and feedback to continuously improve documentation quality.
∎ Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and enhance overall efficiency.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in technical writing.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements for IT projects.
∎ Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
∎ Assist with project management tasks, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Candidate should be able to demonstrate patience, capability and a keen eye-for-details to proofread both English and Bangla.
∎ Candidates with proven background in writing articles with publications in newspapers or magazines will be preferred.
∎ The candidate should ideally have the habit of reading books in his/her free time.
Salary:
