Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
∎ Professional certifications in HR management will be a plus (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
∎ Skills Required: Administrative Management, Human Resource Management, interpersonal and leadership skill, Problem solving and decision making, Procurement and Logistics

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
∎ Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
∎ Coordinate and administer employee benefits, such as insurance, leave, and other perks.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
∎ Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
∎ Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training programs.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry or a related field.
∎ Proven expertise in HR and administrative functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and office management.
∎ Hands-on experience in working with a cloud service provider company is a strong advantage, showcasing familiarity with the unique needs of such organizations.
∎ Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and tools for efficient HR and admin operations.
∎ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle HR-related issues with discretion.
∎ Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple HR and administrative tasks simultaneously.
∎ Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
∎ Knowledge of best practices in HR and admin operations.
∎ Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic IT environment.
∎ Strong work ethic, reliability, and a high level of integrity.
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Familiarity with various HR and admin software and tools.
∎ Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
