Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and collaborate with teams to identify opportunities across the BRAC ecosystem for applying design thinking principles in project design and problem-solving.
∎ Design and facilitate design thinking workshops and sessions to foster innovation and creative problem-solving.
∎ Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. Implement project management best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure project success and impact.
∎ Provide training and mentorship to team members on design thinking methodologies and project management principles.
∎ Contribute to the development of a culture of innovation within the organization.

∎ JOB PURPOSE: This role is ideal for a creative thinker who is deeply passionate about design thinking methodologies and possesses a strong background in project management. The incumbent will convert behavioral insights into innovative products, services, and experiences. Also, will lead the design, prototyping, and testing processes, and subsequently assist BRAC programs in bringing these new solutions to the market.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
