Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing
∎ PGD in Supply chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Following upon the order confirmations from marketing dept.
∎ Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising activities and strategies.
∎ Fulfilling the production capacity of the manufacturing facility.
∎ Sample developments
∎ Ordering sample fabric and trims.
∎ Coordination of Fabric and Garment Test reports
∎ Style Costing.
∎ Liaise with the corresponding departments to open the PO for bulk raw material.
∎ Preparing annual and quarterly budgets, and presenting them to the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Interpreting sales reports and providing guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement.
∎ Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
∎ Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners.
∎ Remain up to date with industry's best practices
∎ Follow up the store inventory and eliminate any possibilities of excess / under ordering.
∎ Fabric and trims inspection follow up. Prepare trims reconciliation
∎ Shipment follow-up and on time shipment.
∎ Follow up with supplier time to time from booking to in-house.
∎ Sample and Accessories Development and always look for possibilities to reduce cost of trims.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
