Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the activities of doctors, and nurses including their duty rosters.
∎ Ensure availability and proper usage of hospital equipment, amenities and facilities.
∎ Maintain board register for keys and hold a master key in case of emergency.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of hospital interior facilities and campus including proper incinerating of wastage at regular intervals and disposing of ashes hygienically, making periodic round-visits to all hospital facilities. In case of any discrepancies or irregularities, take necessary actions in consultation with supervisor.
∎ Ensure maintenance of staff file including staff leave approval, leave register update, preparation and submission of the leave report to Head Office, keep track of staff records related to probation and progress and on time information sharing to Head Office.
∎ Supervise store in-charge for proper store keeping & maintenance of stock register, ledgers, BIN cards and ensure supply of appropriate and adequate inventory of all medical and non - medical goods in the central store for smooth service delivery at all stations of the hospitals.
∎ Confirm that six-monthly physical inventory report is prepared and maintained in the central store.
∎ Oversee the repairing and maintenance of hospital building and staff quarters.
∎ Ensure proper handling of power generators by concerned staff including servicing and repairing as necessary for durability.
∎ Manage patient/client's complaints and call for immediate response and solution.
∎ Supervise and ensure kitchen operation including cleanliness and hygienic food preparation, laundry services.
∎ Ensure necessary staffing for all units in consultation with Director-Health and other management team members.
∎ Ensure security services of the premises and make sure that assigned personnel have proper understanding of their duties.
∎ Ensure proper services and care for the patients including referring of problems and salutations to the appropriate authority or department for action.
∎ Monitor and guide drivers for proper maintenance and necessary documentation of vehicles.
∎ Lead and coordinate field activities like organizing health camps, public relation, publications, advertisement, campaign etc.
∎ Take necessary measures for conflict/dispute resolution to ensure congenial atmosphere in the hospital
∎ Undertake prompt action to protect hospital assets and if necessary seek for legal support.
∎ Supervise internal management by providing motivation and guidance to staff.
∎ Inform supervisor on a regular basis regarding the progress of assigned duties and carried out activities.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly activity, MIS and financial report to the Director-Health.
∎ Carry-out any other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience on hospital management.
∎ Skillful in written, verbal communications and reporting.
∎ Expert user of Microsoft Office Package, internet browsing and e-mail.
∎ Motorcycle driving skill will be an added advantage.
∎ Age, education and other requirements will be relaxed for experienced candidate.
∎ Manager of the hospital requires to stay at the free residential facility located within hospital premise.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
