Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
∎ Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts and facilitate training and development programs.
∎ Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Oversee the Customer Service department, ensuring high-quality customer support and effective issue resolution.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions promptly.
∎ Analyse customer feedback and collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
