Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Masters in Marketing, English or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branding, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Online Marketing, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
∎ Formulate marketing plan, market research for effective implantation. Maintain liaison and strong relationship with customers and meet their requirement efficiently. Prove efficiency in product, development, market, forecasting and profitability.
∎ Maintain an effective relationship with service providers, campaign partners, third parties. Prepare and preserve all types of marketing contracts and other legal documents.
∎ Initiate all sorts of and applicable digital marketing techniques, Plan and Execute a mix of online and offline campaign elements including email, webinars, search, social, advertising with compelling calls to action to deliver pipeline goals.
∎ Coordinate with different TV channels, newspapers, news portals to meet marketing related requirements. Prepare talk show scripts, speeches, contents for different campaigns and events.
∎ Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors, Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
∎ Identify local market opportunities with key customer target groups and all media outlets and develop and execute programs that support the LBDP (Local Business Development Plan) and leverage these audiences, increasing exposure for the company.
∎ Prepare all sorts of contents which are needed to execute marketing plans. Draft relevant company documents as per the managerial needs.
∎ Consistently research for new ideas, strategies, technologies, practices etc that are being followed and becoming trends across the industry.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of driving Marketing and Sales for any organization and achieving desired results.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office Applications, Digital Marketing and Creative Designing Tools.
∎ Having a portfolio of published articles/writings or having experience on working in media sectors will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to write Bangla and English contents for the brands.
∎ Fluency in English is a must.
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
∎ Must possess Excellent Soft Skills and People Skills.
