Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Master's degree in any subject from a recognized University.
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Project Duration : 5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to Project Coordinator, ensure that the project team has appropriate data, information, findings, suggestions and recommendations available in time for decision making.
∎ Ensure the process monitoring of project interventions are properly maintained with appropriate tools and frequency as per M&E plan.
∎ Prepare different M&E tools for data collection using digital platform or appropriate system.
∎ Provide orientation/ training to project team on data collection tools and process and ensure that the monitoring tools are implemented by project staff to measure the progress.
∎ Ensure required data entry, data cleaning, data management and data flow and the right points in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare and share the monthly, quarterly, annual or any incidental reports with coordination and cooperation of other project staff.
∎ Provide support to MERL coordinator of Plan International Bangladesh to develop and maintain effective and efficient MERL system encompassing both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Provide support to PIB team to ensure accountability and feedback mechanism related interventions
∎ Prepare presentation slides on the project as and when required.
∎ Join different meetings and forums of YPSA and PIB related to MERL and present project updates.
∎ Ensure the proper tracking of lessons learned, record case stories and knowledge management products.
∎ Any other appropriate task assigned by the supervisor or YPSA management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years relevant job experience in the humanitarian/ developing context
∎ Sound in data management and analysis
∎ Excellent planning, analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
∎ Skilled in keeping healthy relationships with diverse team, actors and allies
∎ Motorcycle driving license (preferable)
∎ Proficient in communication including typing and speaking in English and Bengali
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, internet browsing & e-mail) and digital tools like- Kobo Tool Box
∎ Report writing and documentation skills
∎ Excellent in rapport building and networking
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla
Salary:
∎ Monthly Salary (approximate): BDT 55,000
