Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Critical Thinking, Excellent communication, Good spirit to work in a team, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Problem Solving Skills, Report Writing, VAT and Tax
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Shipping, Shipyard, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining purchase account in order to record the purchase and consumption of each and every product;
∎ Arrange to issue Mushak-6.3 and 6.5 according to the order to detail all kinds of material;
∎ Scrutinize all the purchase documents including the Bill of entry before entering the purchase data in Mushak-6.1 and prepare discrepancy list if the purchase documents it’s not alien with updated VAT rule;
∎ Make a monthly statement on the basis of increase or decrease input value of the products;
∎ Prepare and submit different statements on our VAT activities to VAT Authority as when advised;
∎ Prepare and submit A- Challan and e-challan on the basis of Cheque/ Pay Order issued in order to deposit VAT authority;
∎ Daily report to Head Office all VAT-related activities;
∎ To maintain the Rummage Report of the Ship recycling yard;
∎ Any other related duty assigned by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have To Know VAT Law-2019 & 2012 Details;
∎ Must be a team player as a team member;
∎ Sound knowledge of Update VAT and SD Act;
∎ Able to work independently to meet the deadline;
∎ Sound Knowledge of Accounts Activities;
∎ Have To Know VAT Law-2019 & 2012 Details;
∎ Have To Know 2.1 VAT Registration;
∎ Sound Knowledge of Mushuk-4.3;
∎ Mushak-6.3 Challan Prepare and maintain day-to-day and report to the VAT Department;
∎ Mushak-6.1, 6.2, 6.1.2, Entry in Register Books;
∎ Have To Know Mushak-9.1 (Return Submission);
∎ Bill Of Entry and Local Challan Entry in 6.1 Register;
∎ Mushak-6.7 Preparing;
∎ Mushak-6.8 Prepare.
