Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Management (MBM)

∎ Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the IT industry.
∎ Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

∎ Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and risk assessment.
∎ Proficiency in project management tools and software.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

∎ Lead and manage the overall operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
∎ Oversee project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout project lifecycles.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ Manage resources effectively, including budget allocation, staffing, and vendor relationships.
∎ Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
