Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment before, during, and after procedures

Assist anesthesiologists with the administration of anesthesia

Monitor patients` vital signs during procedures

Ensure that all anesthesia-related equipment is functioning properly

Sterilize and clean anesthesia instruments and equipment

Maintain accurate records of anesthesia procedures and equipment inventory

Provide support during emergency situations involving anesthesia

Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of anesthesia machines

Prepare and arrange the operation theatre before surgical procedures.

Check the functionality and readiness of OT equipment, including suction machines, cautery units, operating lights, and monitors.

Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments and equipment.

Assist the surgical team with instruments, equipment, and supplies during operations.

Maintain aseptic techniques and follow infection prevention and control protocols.

Monitor the availability of sterile supplies, surgical instruments, and consumables.

Assist with patient positioning and transfer in coordination with the clinical team.

Clean and prepare the OT after each procedure according to hospital protocols.

Maintain records of equipment checks, sterilization cycles, and OT consumables.

Identify and report faulty equipment, shortages, and safety hazards promptly.

Follow hospital policies, occupational safety procedures, and biomedical waste management guidelines.

Coordinate with nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
