Expert knowledge of knit garment pattern grading.
Proficiency in Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or equivalent CAD software.
Strong understanding of buyer specifications, garment fitting, and knit construction.

Responsibilities & Context
Develop and modify CAD patterns for T-shirts, polo shirts, tops, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other knit garments.
Independently grade patterns according to buyer-approved measurement charts and grading rules.
Ensure accurate grading of chest, body length, shoulder, armhole, sleeve, neck, waist, and other applicable measurement points.
Verify graded patterns across all required sizes and correct grading discrepancies.
Ensure proper sleeve-to-armhole matching, collar and rib compatibility, and garment proportion.
Analyse buyer tech packs, fit comments, and measurement specifications; implement approved pattern corrections.
Consider fabric stretch, shrinkage, and recovery during pattern development.
Prepare accurate CAD files, graded nests, and production-ready patterns.
Coordinate with Technical, Sample, Quality, and Cutting departments to resolve pattern-related issues.
Any other day to day tasks as and when required.
