Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive distribution strategies to enhance market reach and achieve sales targets.
∎ Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with ISPs, distributors, resellers, and other channel partners to expand our distribution network.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, providing support, training, and incentives to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities within the networking products sector.
∎ Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to distribution partners.
∎ Develop accurate sales forecasts and pricing strategies based on market demand and competitive landscape.
∎ Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales performance, market share, and channel profitability, to evaluate the effectiveness of distribution strategies and make data-driven decisions.
