Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Footwear Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production floor to execute production plans and on time monthly production with high efficiency
∎ Manage and coordinate daily/ weekly/ monthly production targets effectively and efficiently
∎ Communicate, coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure materials availability and uninterrupted operation to achieve daily production targets
∎ Drive process improvements initiatives to increase effectiveness
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for rejection/ rework/ customer complaints, etc. and take corrective and preventive actions to reduce in optimum level
∎ Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to ensure on time delivery with engagement of internal / external resources as required
∎ Ensure that the function operates in accordance with OHS and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and compliance issues
∎ Monitor and forecast upcoming orders and take necessary actions for preparations
∎ Report to management periodically on production, achievements, failures, improvements, resource gaps, disciplinary actions, grapevine, etc.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Shoe Manufacturing, Tannery Footwear
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/ Footwear
∎ Must have sound managerial experience of footwear production system
∎ Good communication skills and sound negotiation skills
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Target oriented & self-motivated
∎ Very good people handling skills
∎ Ability to handle difficult situation
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure and meet the deadline
Salary: Negotiable
