∎ Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure a good relationship between workers and the management
∎ Form all types of committees as per legal law and monitor their activities
∎ Take care of all welfare issues such as canteen, rest room, child care, toilets, and drinking water
∎ Arrange leave and awareness training on it
∎ Conduct all types of training and keep records of them
∎ Counsel the absentee workers on absents and inefficient workers to increase their efficiency and productivity
∎ Give support and needful advice regarding company laws and policy
∎ Develop management and workers’ relation
∎ Prepare maternity bills and execute accordingly
∎ Face various compliance audits, visits, and others
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant with buyer Compliance and Code of Conduct
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, amendment act 2013, Labor Rules 2015, and other required laws applicable for factories
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package
∎ Very strong counseling capability and sound interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player
∎ Proactive and result-oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline
Salary: Negotiable
