Order changeover protocol and start-up management.
Line-level troubleshooting and deviation control.
Knowledge of sewing ergonomics and standardized economic hand motions
.Workstation setup and production method improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of AI-driven productivity or manufacturing tools will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Monitor daily production targets, output gaps, efficiency, and cycle-time deviations across assigned production teams.
Lead sewing order changeovers following established changeover protocols and ensure machine and attachment readiness.
Ensure adherence to standard work methods, economic hand motions, quality-at-source practices, and 5S.
Support operators during style changes and improve the learning curve through effective method coaching.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, line stoppages, and operational deviations.
Coordinate with Production, IE, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor line performance and take immediate corrective action against recurring production issues.
