Responsibilities & Context
Develop advanced manufacturing systems, engineering methods, and productivity frameworks.
Conduct pilot projects, line trials, and validation of new engineering concepts.
Improve productivity, cost efficiency, operational performance, and manufacturing agility.
Transfer validated systems and methodologies to the IE team for implementation.
Identify operational gaps and redesign systems for long-term factory competitiveness.
Collaborate with IE, Production, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.
