Must have practical experience handling NEXT, TARGET, GAP buyer
Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Good knowledge of merchandising operations and production processes
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently
Strong analytical and reporting capability
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good understanding of fabrics, trims, accessories, and garment testing procedures
Responsibilities & Context
Coordinate sample development, approvals, and production follow-up
Communicate with buyers, suppliers, factories, and internal departments regularly
Arrange fabrics, trims, accessories, and production requirements on time
Monitor fit sample, PP sample, size set, and testing approvals
Ensure timely execution of orders and shipment schedules
Coordinate with commercial and logistics departments regarding shipping documentation
Follow up bulk production, quality status, and shipment planning
Maintain merchandising reports, T&A plans, and order-related documentation
Support sourcing and development of new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with buyer standards and quality requirements
Handle merchandising activities independently and ability to do Multi tasking abilities.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
