Mandatory: Must have hands-on, practical experience in executing at least 1 or 2 major Jetty/Marine structure projects.
Excellent leadership, team building, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to relocate and stay at the project site outside Dhaka.
Experience working with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous body.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead, plan, and oversee the entire life cycle of the Jetty construction project from mobilization to handover.
Supervise overall site execution, including piling, decking, dredging, and other marine/civil engineering works.
Ensure strict compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and safety/quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and local regulatory authorities.
Prepare project schedules, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, and budget tracking.
Manage project resources, heavy equipment (cranes, barges, excavators), and site personnel efficiently.
Identify project risks and implement effective problem-solving strategies to avoid delays.
Any other task assigned by higher management.
