Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop and implement protocols and procedures for official events, visits, and ceremonies
∎ 2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and organize protocol-related activities.
∎ 3. Maintain a comprehensive database of protocols, official contacts, and relevant information.
∎ 4. Provide guidance and support to staff members on matters related to protocol and etiquette.
∎ 5. Arrange logistics for official visits, including accommodation, transportation, and security arrangements.
∎ 6. Coordinate protocol arrangements, such as formal introductions, seating plans, and gift exchanges.
∎ 7. Plan and execute diplomatic events, such as official receptions, banquets, and conferences.
∎ 8. Prepare and maintain accurate records of protocol-related activities, including event reports and guest lists.
∎ 9. Compile and distribute briefing materials and protocols to relevant personnel and stakeholders.
∎ 10. Generate reports on protocol-related activities, including recommendations for improvements
∎ 11. Arrange business travel and complete lengthy expense reports for international and domestic trips and occasionally travel to different countries as & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1. Candidates having defense experienced from Armed forces will get preferences.
∎ 2. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience on same field. Candidate having defense background will get advantage.
∎ 3. Proven experience in protocol management, diplomatic services, or a similar role.
∎ 4. Excellent knowledge of diplomatic protocols, official etiquette, and international relations.
∎ 5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
∎ 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
