Job Context & Overview:
IELTS 7+ is seeking dynamic and dedicated IELTS Instructors (both male and female) to join our full-time academic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS training across all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking), mentoring students, and evaluating their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lecture Delivery: Prepare and deliver structured, interactive IELTS prep sessions across Academic & General Training modules.
Student Counseling & Guidance: Manage student inquiries, assess individual learning gaps, and conduct personalized feedback/counseling sessions.
Module Evaluation & Mock Tests: Evaluate writing tasks, conduct individual speaking mock interviews, and provide detailed constructive feedback.
Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly student progress and performance reports for academic management.
Digital & Academic Support: Assist with academic content management, social media updates (Facebook, Instagram), and presentation materials.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized class schedules, student attendance, and performance logs using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Requirements:
Gender: Male and Female both.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
IELTS Score: Overall score of 7.5 or higher is mandatory.
Experience Requirement: Prior IELTS teaching experience is strictly required.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency alongside strong Bangla communication.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
Excellent classroom management skills, ability to multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
