Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and professionally
Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise
Provide accurate information on product features and offer recommendations as needed
Proactively cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS)
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve goals
