Job Context:
∎ Urgent Hiring: OPPO Khulna is urgently looking for a dedicated and smart candidate for it`s sales team.
∎ Job Location : Anywhere in Khulna Division
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealer and Retailer management
∎ Dealer and Retailer stock management
∎ Daily Retail & Dealer visit
∎ Ensure OPPO phone distribution in Dealer houses and shops
∎ Ensure individual retail & dealer target achievement
∎ OSR Management (partially)
∎ Prepare various daily, weekly and monthly reports/files
∎ Dealing with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person/ phone if contacted by anyone
∎ Collecting sales related data as per the requirement
∎ Solving retail, dealer problems to help OPPO Sales Representatives (OSR) in selling
∎ Assisting in promotional Activities
∎ Assist Branding department in branding activities, reports and ensure OPPO Branding in the market
∎ Negotiate the terms of retail agreement and close sales
∎ Be responsible for evacuation, in case of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency service.
∎ Identify new shop/markets and business opportunities
∎ Attending and conducting team meetings
∎ Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Executive in smart phone industry
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Smart phone industry in any Sales Position, out of 2 should be TSM/Sales Executive
∎ Ability to work and deliver under pressure
∎ English fluency to communicate with Chinese team leaders on a daily basis
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill
∎ Smart, energetic, sincere and responsible
∎ Ability to work efficiently under pressure
∎ Ability to work with and in a team
∎ Deadline oriented
∎ MS Office and MS word working proficiency
∎ Sincere, responsible, professional and quick learner
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Over time allowance
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
