Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target set in the allotted area of operation.
∎ Assist dealer in sales, distribution of stocks to retailers and collection from retailers.
∎ Merchandise at stockist and retailer points duly following Beat Map.
∎ Build up strong network of dealers, retailers and farmers in the allotted area of operation.
∎ Undertake demos of strategic products on targeted crops.
∎ Create brand awareness and product demand through scheduled farmers meeting, spot farmers meeting, prescription to model farmers and individual farmer contract
∎ Contact Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer (SAAO) to prescribe products.
∎ Create progressive farmers data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have personal motorcycle.
∎ Candidates from Below areas are highly encouraged to apply: Gazipur, Manikgonj, Kaliakoir, Sirajdikhan, Narsingdi, Munshigong, B. Baria, Habigonj, Sylhet, Sreemongol, Madhabpur, Sunamgonj.
