∎ Completion of Higher Secondary Education with minimum 2 years of work experience or a bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent
∎ Desirable:
∎ Knowledge on the Grand Bargain and Charter for Change
∎ Experience in development and/ or humanitarian system in Bangladesh
∎ Experiences in fund raising.
∎ Commitment to and vision to push the localization agenda
∎ Familiar with team building
∎ Key Attributes:
∎ Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as the commitment to equal opportunities
∎ Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender/gender mainstreaming, women's rights, and diversity for all aspects of development work
∎ Commitment to Oxfam's safeguarding policies to ensure all people who come into contact with Oxfam are as safe as possible

Salary:
∎ BDT. 3,68,562 gross per annum (13 months) with other benefits e.g. medical for spouse and children, contributory Provident fund, gratuity, leave & Insurance etc.
