Responsibilities & Context
Making LC statement and pending UD (Utilization Declaration) statement for different factory.
Collect UD (Utilization Declaration) from buyer for different factory.
Collect files documents (LC, PI) and ready UP (Utilization Permission).
Attestation of file documents from Bank.
Register entry of B/E (Bill of entry) and UP (Utilization Permission) and seal and sign by Bond Inspector.
Submission of UP (Utilization Permission) and Authorization by UP inspector and assistant commissioner.
Prepare UP statement of different factory.
Perform and face routine audit by external agencies relating custom bond.
Prepare PRC (Proceed Realization Certificate) Statement, import statement, export statement for Bond Audit.
Make updating DEDO comparing to production consumption changes and addition of new product.
Any task customs related assign by Reporting supervisor.
