Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and update all AoPs of people, culture, and communications, ensuring the tracking of strategic projects, campaigns, and programs.
∎ Coordinate all leadership meetings for HRD, LLD, and communications, and provide support in handling IPC-focused events.
∎ Conduct data analysis on people and learning initiatives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
∎ Support employee engagement activities throughout the year.
∎ Manage all HR communications and branding activities with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with Health and Wellbeing to ensure timely delivery and analysis of each
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
