Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development of programme’s annual communications road map, strategies campaign plans and supported the programme to increase both internal correspondence and external visibility.
∎ Lead the development of communication materials (annual report, IEC, BCC materials, newsletters, blogs, articles, managing website, social media posts, and more).
∎ Support the production of documents and materials to support programme initiatives (presentations, one-page briefs, brochures, and field context reports).
∎ Manage communications resources (budget) allocated to produce communication materials (short project videos, audiovisuals, and other IEC/BCC materials).
∎ Communicate with the media and other interested parties to increase the visibility of programme initiatives.
∎ Participate in business development and fundraising by regularly compiling programme achievement data and contributing to the development of concept notes, and programme briefs.
∎ Lead the grants management of the programme by playing a cross-functional role with global resource mobilisation and partnership and other concerned departments, whilst liaising with donors and ensuring compliant management practices within programme for each grant.
∎ Lead the partnership strategies for the programme by arranging MOU, agreements, and conducting upstream and downstream due diligence for each partner.
∎ Participate in programme strategy design by taking responsibility in working with field teams, taking observations into account to proactively inflict necessary change or design new initiatives, mitigate emerging issues, and optimising resources.

∎ JOB PURPOSE: This person will be responsible for executing internal and external communications for Integrated Development Programme (IDP); managing the grants and partnership portfolio, and also engaging in developing programme strategies by designing activities as per donor requirements, and programme needs.

∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
