∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team to find out whole building (new branch of Super Home BD) any location of Dhaka based on company requirement;
∎ Make sure directly contact with landowner wiling to agree to rent his building as residential not commercial;
∎ To talk with landowner & get appointment to visit full building for company COO;
∎ Make price result of residential flats for a certain areas;
∎ Managing any quarries for making price quotation of building;
∎ Keep all landowner in touch & follow up them;
∎ Managing & maintain all formalities for the signing ceremony.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Managerial Ability, Team Management, Result Orient, Time Management are High Priority.
Salary: Tk. 21000 - 27000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
