Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for fan, cables, electrical appliance sales network.
∎ Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national sales achievement.
∎ Maintains and expands dealer base by counseling district dealer operation.
∎ Keep close contact with production, logistic distribution department to ensure timely and regular supply of products.
∎ Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
∎ Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
∎ Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
∎ Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise.
∎ Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory services.
∎ Keeping inventory and sales records for head office.
∎ Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
∎ Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.
∎ Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions, and prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy.
∎ Assign specific duties to sales and marketing officers.
∎ Always shown positive attitude and dedication for company instructions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Honest, Punctual and Time Discipline.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Must have good computer operating knowledge preferably on MS Application.
∎ Experience on Fan & Cable marketing will be given preference.
∎ Young energetic candidates having Smartness, stamina & strong physical ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to travel and posted in any district of Bangladesh.

∎ Candidates who have experience in Electronics background are only encouraged to apply.
